One of the latest additions to our range, Frameless BLDC motors, allow for maximum integration with your assembly. These frameless DC motors reduce waste and redundancy by eliminating the need for additional mounting supports, plates or brackets. Our frameless brushless DC motor range is available in various sizes and rated torque.

Features:

1.Multistage and multi-slot scheme

 Achieve Motor High torque density and low slot torque output, so that the strcuture is more compact and motion smoothly.

2. Using Vacuum gluing process:

 The auxiliary high thermal conductivity potting glue makes the motor heat dissipation more superior and the temperature rise lower

3.HALL assembly and stator assembly are highly integrated

Realized the motor ultra-thin design.

4.Rotor specialized design

◇ Out of the traditional aramid fiber wrapping process, the minimum fixed rotor air gap can reach 0.25mm.
◇ Sinusoidal design of magnetic steel, motor reaction force is more sinusoidal, to achieve high servo characteristics of the motor
